We have been so happy with OptiTune since switching from Kaseya a few months back. We are a medium sized company in the oil and gas industry, and our IT department manages over 700 machines. OptiTune has been great at getting better visibility into how we are from a windows update perspective, and getting a better insight into the apps our colleagues are using. It is also great for deploying apps, or running scripts widely across many machines. It works great both for users who are at our various sites, or travelling.
I particularly like OptiTune's remote assistance feature, it is very quick and easy to use. We have gotten good feedback from our users overall, and the OptiTune agent is rock solid/never crashes. It has some other great tools, like the task manager and powershell, which are good for when you just need to make a quick fix on someone's PC.
I wish it had more integration with help desk software, such as ZenDesk. However, you can plug in URLs into Optitune's "Support Center" so our users can click the appropriate link directly from the Support Center tray icon app, but it would be nice to have a better integration with third party help desk suites.
A great RMM overall, you can't go wrong with OptiTune. Their customer support is excellent as well, and they are very quick to respond.
